El Cid
El Cid Review
Considered by critics to be one of the city's top restaurants, El Cid is the culinary centerpiece of the classic Sheraton Santiago. The dining room, which overlooks the pool, has crisp linens and simple place settings. All the excitement here is provided by the food, which is served with a flourish. Don't miss the famous grilled seafood—king crab, prawns, squid, and scallops with a sweet, spicy sauce. If you're new to Chilean cuisine, you can't go wrong with the excellent lunch buffet, which includes unlimited wine.

Truly a gem of a restaurant. We were a little reluctant, at first, to patronize a restaurant in a hotel. However it soon became apparent this was something special. Excellent seafood and impeccable service made this a wonderful experience.

We had the seafood platter. It was exceptional. The service, the drinks, the food made this a wonderful experience even though it felt odd going from the Marriott to the Sheraton.
