To see the astounding view from atop the Itália Building, you'll have to patronize the Terraço Itália restaurant, on the 41st floor. As the restaurant is expensive and not one of the city's best. A piano bar is open from 3:00 pm with a R$30 entrance fee. Dinner starts at 7.
