Getting Here and Around

The paved roads to Bonito follow a circuitous route, but they're better than the more direct route on unpaved roads. Take BR 262 west to the town of Anastacio, then head south on BR 419 for about 100 km (66 miles) to Guia Lopes. From there it's about 56 km (35 miles) northwest to Bonito on MS 178. Viação Cruzeiro do Sul buses run here from Campo Grande (5 hours, R$55). Vanzella runs minivans to and from Campo Grande airport.
