Virtually everything you need to find in Copacabana, be it a bank, an Internet café, or a restaurant, you will likely find either on the Plaza 2 de Febrero or on the main street that heads down to the pier, Avenida 6 de Agosto. The town is so small and the street numbers so problematic, you'll save time walking around those two areas, rather than trying to wander and find something.
