Park Hyatt Mendoza Review

Inside may be all modern comforts, but the Hyatt has preserved the landmark Plaza Hotel's 19th-century Spanish colonial facade: a grand pillared entrance and a wide veranda that extends to either side of the street. Lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner are served on this gracious terrace overlooking Mendoza's main square. A two-story wall of wine separates Bistro M, the restaurant, from the lobby. Minimalist bedrooms are softened by plump white pillows and duvets covering the simple ebony beds.

    Park Hyatt Mendoza Review

    Great location, fantastic spa, decent restaurant & bar, terriffic patio, nice, safe casino. Hotel itself is nice, not however what I would consider a 5 star facility however it is clean & well kept. The "hospitality" staff is adequate at best though the spa staff were top notch. Restaurant service was marginal at best despite generous gratuities. If staying in Mendoza, the Park Hyatt is a good choice if you want to be in the city and all the nightlife. If you are hitting the wineries you might consider staying at a Posada at one of the vineyards.
