La Bourgogne

La Bourgogne Review

"Cooking comes from regional traditions. My cuisine is tied to the land," says Jean-Paul Bondoux, Argentina's Relais Gourmand chef, who oversees this restaurant along with two others by the same name. He applies his formidable French culinary skills to the best local produce in this casually elegant restaurant overlooking the vineyards at Carlos Pulenta's winery (Vistalba). After a winery tour you can select your own herbs from the garden to complement the menu, which of course is paired with some amazing Pulenta wines.
