Getting Here and Around

To come by car, follow Ruta 16 to Villa Lago Puelo; from there, a 4-km (2½-mile) gravel trail leads to the park entrance. If you don’t have your own vehicle, your hotel will happily arrange transport with a local remis driver. You can get information on the park at the tourist office in El Bolsón; picnic and fishing supplies can be purchased in a roadside store at the turnoff to the trail.
