At this urban oasis, a white-marble lobby leads to a palm-fringed garden where you can enjoy a poolside breakfast or an afternoon cocktail. Sleek guest rooms have sophisticated color schemes complemented by black-and-white photos on the walls. Executive studios have whirlpool baths, and certain suites amazing views of a place that high-society Argentines have been dying to get into for years: Recoleta Cemetery. Loi Suites also operates three other apart-hotels in the city.

I must admit I was expecting more in this highly rated hotel. The room we had was on the back and was quite tired and needed updating; carpets, towels and bedding were showing their age. The best thing about it is the location and the new spa facilities. I had a great massage. The breakfast is also quite good and included in the price. When we were there I did not see a happy hour happening. All in all ok if you could get it for around a $90.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2003 and I was extremely satisfied with the rooms, the service and the location. This is a very well priced boutique hotel ! I stayed at the Marriott downtown as well and there was no comparison ! The service, rooms and location were better at the Loi Suites for half the price.
