Fodor's Review

Elegant yet rustic, Grand Teton's finest dining space is extremely ambitious for a national park restaurant. The five-course menu might include dishes like lavender-poached nectarine and house-corned buffalo hash. The thoughtfully assembled wine list is sufficiently versatile to keep pace. The menus for breakfast and dinner are prix-fixe; lunch, for which the inventive soups and salads are popular with regulars and tourists, is à la carte. Jackets are strongly encouraged for men at dinner.
