Located on the north side of the Spokane River, this three-story hotel of well-equipped studio suites is convenient to downtown and Riverfront Park, as well as the Spokane Arena and Gonzaga University. Rooms have mini-refrigerators, microwaves, and coffeemakers; some also have kitchenettes. Flat-screen TVs are standard, and larger rooms have two. The decor is modern, functional, and attractive; granite even makes an appearance in some of the bathrooms. Some rooms have balconies overlooking the river.
