Fodor's Expert Review Inn at Manchester

3967 Main St., Manchester, Vermont, 05255, USA

Located between the Taconic and Green Mountains just a short distance from Manchester's main strip, the Inn at Manchester has a variety of comfortable rooms, all slightly different from the next. The Thyme room has some Vermont-themed art displayed on the powder blue walls, while on the third floor, the Sage Suite has a seating area with a TV, a fireplace, and a jetted bathtub to relax in after a long day of skiing or exploring. Lovingly prepared breakfasts include Vermont Coffee Company blends, quiches, French toast, homemade granola, and the inn's famous cottage cakes (a mix of cottage cheese, eggs, melted butter, and flour baked on a pancake griddle and served with Vermont maple syrup and warm apricot jelly).
