Logan was lucky enough to produce a local lass who caught the eye of Italian chef Pier Antonio Micheli, and after their marriage they opened this sophisticated storefront eatery where you can get an authentic four-course Italian meal with refreshingly brisk service. If your arteries can take it, the four-cheese gnocchi is ecstasy, and you can't go wrong with any of the appetizers. Whatever you do, leave room for a bite of homemade tiramisu. Combine dinner at Le Nonne with an opera at the Eccles Theatre across and down the street, and you might forget you're in the middle of the rural West.
