Fodor's Review:

Each of the inn's windows offers an exceptional year-round view of the desert and mountains surrounding Capitol Reef National Park. The walls are hung with the works of local artists, and unusual furniture—each piece chosen for its look and feel—makes the guest rooms and common areas both stimulating and comfortable. Breakfasts here, which might have you feasting on apple-stuffed croissants or homemade cinnamon rolls, are excellent, and you are served evening hors d'oeuvres as well.
