Moab Springs Ranch Review

About 3 mi from Arches and 2 mi from downtown Moab, this 18-acre property was first developed by William Granstaff (known not-so-politically-correctly in Moab as Negro Bill) in the late 1800s. The 1896 ranch house now houses the on-site restaurant, Desert Bistro, and the meandering spring has given recent life to one-, two- and three-bedroom, contemporary, comfortable, spotless condos. Relax by the pool, splash in the stream, or kick back on a hammock in the shade of sycamores, mulberries, and cottonwoods.
