Fodor's Review:

This Fairfield Inn looks like every other, but it's clean and comfortable, with ready access to all of San Antonio's sights. Two blocks from Market Square and a ride on the trolley (which stops in front of the hotel) to the River Walk and Alamo. The free parking is a major plus and a rarity downtown. Pros: Refreshingly straightforward, relatively inexpensive, did we mention the free parking? Cons: Cookie-cutter chain hotel with ho-hum decor.
