For those who want to bypass the usual hotel stay for a fully furnished home in a hip neighborhood, Verde Camp rentals provide lots of space, privacy, and style at comparable rates. With six bungalows in the sought-after South Congress neighborhood, plus two more in the equally charming Clarksville borough, Verde’s quaint one- and two-bedroom cottages were built in the 1930s and lovingly renovated with trendy interiors and a range of modern amenities, like fully stocked kitchens, Wi-Fi, and flatscreen TVs. One-bedroom houses are perfect for romantic stays for two, but can accommodate up to four people. Five-star dining, bars and local shops are just blocks away. There’s no pool, but neighborhood parks with outdoor pools (open spring/summer) are within walking distance.
