Fans who like to hear the crack of the bat and the cheers of the crowd should plan on attending a game at "The Joe" (Joseph P. Riley Jr. Stadium).

Charleston RiverDogs. The local minor league baseball team—co-owned by actor Bill Murray, who is often in attendance—plays at "The Joe," on the banks of the Ashley River near the Citadel. Kids love the mascot, Charlie T. RiverDog, and adults love the beer deals and the creative, surprisingly tasty food concessions.
