An offbeat, fascinating museum in an otherwise nondescript building on the Harborside campus of Johnson & Wales University, this archive of food and restaurant memorabilia delights with its exhibits of vintage menus, reconstruction of an ancient diner car, enormous cookbook collection, displays of kitchen gadgets, and other assorted kitchen minutiae. Check out the original letters by assorted past presidents to friends and food providers who supplied gourmet gifts on various occasions.
