The Brandywine Valley workshop of the renowned Irish glassblower Simon Pearce is stocked with original glass and pottery. You can watch the glassblowers at work, or stop for lunch or dinner at the adjacent restaurant overlooking the Brandywine River. The food—served on Simon Pearce china, of course—is American with global influences, and emphasizes locally sourced produce, meats, and other products.
