Innkeepers Ashley and Glenn Mon fill their hilltop country house with Southern hospitality and British style: breakfast in an elegant dining room, a pool table for entertainment, and a solarium for relaxing. The Mons, who formerly owned a New Orleans B&B, furnished the elegant 1856 Federal-style home with Ashley's family antiques, and each room is unique. But the place isn't at all fussy—there are comfy chairs and sofas on which you can put your feet up. The Windsor Room has a 10-foot-tall half-tester bed from a Louisiana plantation. There's also a two-bedroom cottage and a two-bedroom carriage house on the grounds; both welcome older children and pets.
