The small stone building that houses the tasting room is surrounded by the estate vineyard and looks like something right out of Burgundy (the best views are from the heated, covered outdoor patio). In addition to offering his own rich and elegant single-clone and mixed Pinot Noirs for tasting, founder Steve Lutz also offers chardonnay aged in puncheons, which are over double the size of a typical barrel.
