Rates include a light breakfast, and thoughtful amenities include a garden with games and and a firepit, a garage stocked with bikes, clam-digging kits, beach chairs, and other gear for guests to enjoy free of charge. Beach bonfire and s'mores kits are available for a reasonable fee.
