Constructed in 1909 as Oklahoma City's first steel-reinforced concrete skyscraper, the Colcord, originally an office tower, was renovated and reopened as a luxury boutique hotel in 2006. Now, the hotel is a member of Historic Hotels of America, a program administered by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
