Fodor's Review

Practically the official bar of the High Line park, the Standard Biergarten is a sprawling and riotous space complete with ping pong tables and big steins of beer. There's also a grill bar and very cool indoor Living Room lounge. As for the chic hot spot on the top floor, unofficially called the Boom Boom Room, it's currently the hardest "door" in town ("hardest," that is, to get through), but given the quality of the accessible fun down below, we'll forgive their snobbery.
