Hotel Encanto Review
What looks like a multistory chain hotel from the outside—it was built as a Hilton in 1986—channels a gracious hacienda inside. Rooms are furnished in a dark Spanish-colonial motif. The large outdoor pool offers respite during the hot months. Café España ($) serves respectable Mexican food and the bar, Azul, offers music (sometimes live) and dancing Thursday through Saturday nights.
