If you want ski-in, ski-out on Loon Mountain, this is your best—and only—option. A typical 1990s ski lodge with a stone fireplace in the lobby, a heated outdoor pool with hot tubs, and a small room with Ping-Pong and air hockey for kids, the Club isn't thrilling, but it's clean and modern. There are suites that sleep as many as eight, studios with Murphy beds, and many units with kitchens. All rooms are within walking distance of the lifts, and condominiums are on or near the slopes. Entertainers perform in the lounge on most winter weekends. Pros: easy skiing, clean basic rooms, easy access to national forest. Cons: unexciting decor.
