Restaurant Guy Savoy

Restaurant Guy Savoy Review

In an ultra-swank dining room on the second floor of the Augustus Tower, Michelin three-star chef Guy Savoy introduces Vegas gourmands to his masterful creations, such as artichoke and black truffle soup, crispy veal sweetbreads, and John Dory fish a la plancha with grilled ginger and sunchokes. The 10-course Menu Prestige is the restaurant's crown jewel, featuring signature dishes such as artichoke and black truffle soup, and the delicately spiced crispy sea bass. Prices creep into the upper stratosphere (unless you dine in the less expensive Bites & Bubbles, or the Krug Room), but the restaurant has earned high marks from all, and not just for its stellar modern French cuisine. The selections from the Savoy's 15,000-bottle wine cellar only add to its mystique.

Creative, explosive dining experience with perfect blend of haute cuisine, magnificent and truly friendly service. Adventuresome items off menu, including seasonal and Basque specialties; well priced and suited wines. Just like being at the Mothership in Paris' 17th!
We've been there several times -- and to the direct LV competitors. Try Guy (actually his sone) for a memorable experience.
