The most recent American celebrity-chef addition to the strip is this ultraswank dining room on the second floor of the Augustus Tower at Caesars Palace. Here three-Michelin-star winner Guy Savoy introduces Vegas gourmands to his richly masterful creations, such as artichoke-black truffle soup, butter-roasted veal sweetbreads, and roast duck with citrus-scented turnips. Prices creep into the upper stratosphere, but the restaurant has earned high marks from all and not just for its stellar modern French cuisine. The selections from the Savoy's 15,000-bottle wine cellar along with its intimate setting—the restaurant opens to a terrace with clear views of the Strip—only add to its appeal.

Creative, explosive dining experience with perfect blend of haute cuisine, magnificent and truly friendly service. Adventuresome items off menu, including seasonal and Basque specialties; well priced and suited wines. Just like being at the Mothership in Paris' 17th!
We've been there several times -- and to the direct LV competitors. Try Guy (actually his sone) for a memorable experience.
