Tableau Review
Cloistered away from the busier parts of the Wynn, this David Spero-run restaurant overlooks a serene pool and garden off the gleaming Tower Suites lobby. A highlight is the fabulous weekend brunch, where you might try Maine lobster salad with baby beets and winter citrus, or blueberry-buttermilk pancakes. Breakfast is also served daily; all guests leave with a bag of homemade trail mix. For lunch, try items such as the Dungeness crab club sandwich with smoked bacon or the pan-roasted halibut with peas, morel mushrooms, fava beans, and gnocchi. The restaurant is closed for dinner, but the bar and lounge serves food until 9 pm.
