Treasure Island's buffet, recently renovated to the tune of $4 million, has been expanded and (like a lot of modern Las Vegas spreads) given a stronger emphasis is on quality preparations. Expect scrambled eggs made with creme fraiche, dishes like shakshuka and tandoori salmon, a farmers' market salad station, and an expanded selection from the resort's pastry chef. Unlimited drinks can be added.
