This B&B occupies an elegant 1883 Victorian house and is lavishly furnished with antiques and knickknacks. Three guest rooms have fireplaces. Upon request, you can have afternoon tea in the parlor. Huge breakfasts are served in your room or in the dining room.
PROS
- fringed lamps and metal beds true to Victorian era
- bun warmer for morning muffins built into hallway radiator upstairs
- host Frankee Muller, a certified tea master, hosts afternoon teas for guests
CONS
- decor, such as dark flowered wallpaper, lends formal touch
- only one guest room on first floor, so not ideal if stairs are a problem
- some guests might find rooms a bit frilly
