The "see and be seen" dining room in the posh Townsend Hotel could be in a men's club, considering its rugby prints and roaring fireplace. Popular dinner entrées include rack of lamb, red snapper, and Maine diver scallops. Much of the preparation is done tableside. The outside gallery offers a considerably lighter feel.
