Fodor's Review

Owned and run by the Roberts family since 2007, this vineyard has greatly stepped up production, and has begun experimenting with some new vintages. The vineyard makes a commendable cabernet franc, chardonnay, zinfandel, sauvignon blanc, vignoles, and several notable blends. It also makes a red table wine that's flavored with cranberries and known for its unusual bottle, shaped like a lighthouse (along with two other "lighthouse" varieties). Free daily tours are given daily at 1 and 3 from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. A new aged rum distillery was added; expect to try the new spirits in late summer of 2013. There are many excellent wine and food events scheduled throughout the summer.
