Fodor's Review

Right on the Freedom Trail, this is the only pub in Boston where you can enjoy a Sam Adams lager while pondering the grave of that Founding Father himself. It's a fine place to watch multiple sports events, shoot pool, or take snapshots of passing throngs of tourists, students—or yourselves. The standard pub menu, available until 1 am, includes burgers, soups, salads, mains, and sandwiches, many named after local heroes and patriots buried in the Granary Burying Ground (founded 1660) across the street—Mother Goose, Paul Revere, John Hancock, and yes, Mr. Adams (Cajun chicken with Vermont cheddar).
