Biking

The Baltimore and Annapolis (B&A) Trail runs through 13 mi of farmland and forests as well as urban and suburban neighborhoods, from Annapolis to Glen Burnie. It follows the old Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad and is linked directly to the 12.5-mi trail encircling Baltimore-Washington International Airport. The trail is open sunrise to sunset to hikers, bikers, runners, and in-line skaters. Access to the northern end of the trail is via Dorsey Road off I–97 Exit 15 near Friendship Park. Sailing

Womanship is a sailing school with programs for women, for mother–daughter partners, and for couples. Classes can be custom-designed for special needs or desires. Men are welcome to take classes as half of a couple or as part of a group. The Young Womanship program is for grades 7 to 12.
