Fodor's Expert Review Uncle Kippy's
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
There isn't much of a view from the picture windows, but locals don't mind: they come here for the satisfying seafood—and the occasional ukulele concert. The dining room is large and has a modestly stocked, beer-centric bar. Entrées include seafood dinners and combo platters and some chicken and meat dishes; there are burgers, too, and the pizza is popular. You can order from the lunch or dinner menu. A take-out window and ice-cream bar are open May–September. If you can't get a table in the summer, head directly across the street to Becky's Seafood, an excellent food truck parked in the owner's front yard that serves similar fare, plus locally smoked salmon. Becky's also sells fresh, uncooked seafood to grill yourself.
