The owners of this intimate B&B are friendly, the airy rooms—most with private, ocean-view decks—are kept cheery with fresh flowers, and the common room is stocked with games and has a wood stove. There are seven rooms in the B&B, plus four efficiency apartments in a separate building, all with private bathrooms. The property is open year-round, but it only serves guests its generous continental breakfast from early May through Indigenous Peoples Day in October. Shining Sails is also a good source for cottage rentals, as it represents about 25 privately owned island properties.
