The main building of this circa-1890 inn really does seem to be part barn and part castle, giving it a whimsical Loire-Valley-meets-Maine feel. Its rooms all have king-size beds and en suite baths. The on-site restaurant, which is open to guests and the general public, is lively, and a barn in back periodically hosts live music.
