Downeast Sailing Adventures. Take two-hour sailing trips and sunset cruises for $50 per person with six passengers, or hire a private charter starting at $125 per hour. Margaret Todd. The 151-foot four-masted schooner Margaret Todd operates 1½- to 2-hour trips three times daily among the islands of Frenchman Bay. The sunset sail has live folk music, and the 2 pm trip is sometimes narrated by an Acadia National Park ranger. Trips are $42–$48 and depart mid-May–mid-October.
