This walk-through attraction combines elaborate set pieces and special effects to recreate a dark and forbidding high-seas adventure with Captain Jack Sparrow. Bits of scenes from all four Pirates of the Caribbean films come to life through impressive animation, audio, and projection technology. The narrator, a large disembodied skull floating above the scene, interacts with guests as lightning flashes, waves crash, mermaids entice, a Kraken threatens, and undead skeletons jump to life. You are recruited to join Sparrow's crew and, ultimately, you meet the very convincing (and soused) Sparrow himself, played by Johnny Depp. The climax features a high-seas battle with Davy Jones and the Flying Dutchman ship.
