This one, although part of a Naples--Bonita Springs dining dynasty, has a personality all its own, with a suave indoor-outdoor bar scene and seafood that's anything but timid. Its specialty is grilled fish from around the globe that you can mix and match with a choice of sauces and sides. A new sushi menu shows off a creative side, as does a cocktail menu.
