Courtney's Place

Fodor's Review:

If you like kids, cats, and dogs, you'll feel right at home in this collection of accommodations ranging from cigar-maker cottages to shotgun houses. The interiors are equally varied in coloring and furnishings, but all rooms have at least a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeepot, if not a full kitchen. The family-owned property is tucked into a residential neighborhood, though within easy walking distance of Duval Street. All rooms are not created equal here; tiny loft rooms are tucked into attic space. Pros: near Duval Street; fairly priced. Cons: small parking lot; dated bed linens.
