B-Line Diner Review

As you might expect from its location in the Hyatt Regency, this slick modern diner is not exactly cheap, but the salads, sandwiches, and griddle foods are tops. The classic combo—a thick, juicy burger with fries and a milk shake—is done beautifully. And there are lots of selections you'd never expect to find here, like an appetizer of potato chips with blue cheese sauce and rosemary (on the late-night menu only) and an entrée of miso-broiled Atlantic salmon with eggplant caponata and ponzu-butter sauce. It's open 24 hours, so if you crave a Reuben or Oreo chocolate mousse cake at 3 am, B-Line is the place to go.

Can't park, mediocre food, go somewhere else

The hotel is currently under construction and it is a nightmare to park near the restaurant. There are plenty of better choices nearby, so move on.
