Tom Colicchio made his Miami debut in late 2015 with this fabulous, farm-meets-ocean-to-table concept. A vast open kitchen anchors the restaurant, where guests can see and smell the action from their seats. Colicchio doles out health-conscious "firsts" like yellowfin tuna crudo with curry, pink peppercorn, orange, and cucumber; heavier "middles" like short-rib flatbread with corn; and succulent "mains" like queen snapper with braised local greens.
