Somehow Pelican Landing has managed to stay under the radar in spite of its high-quality seafood, burgers, and Caribbean dishes. The fish is caught daily, served simply blackened or grilled, and presented with sides. Located on a second-story terrace in the Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina, it has a beach-shack-style vibe with views of the Intracoastal.
