Steaks carved tableside are the highlight of this high-end restaurant in the Four Seasons that provides a luxurious dining experience with surprisingly informal, family-friendly service. Small bites like the spicy tuna tacos or elk corn dogs served with house-made ketchup and aioli are perfect for sharing, which is highly encouraged, but the emphasis is on big here: big windows and a big patio with mountain views; a bar with a big (165-inch) TV; and big bites. The flavor and tenderness is unmatched. Be sure to leave room for some decadent sides, perhaps crispy Brussels sprouts kimchi or Maine lobster mashed potatoes.
