This unique bistro offers an elegant yet relaxed dinner with great service, and includes a casual wine and beer lounge on its second floor. Locals come in for "shared plates" during Community Hour (3 to 5 weekdays), a boardinghouse-like experience that provides the same great food and drinks at reduced prices. Exceptional entrées like lamb sausage ravioli and beef flank steak spotlight free-range meats and organic and seasonal local produce. Don't forget dessert: lemon tart with chantilly cream and a glass of muscatel or sticky toffee pudding with vanilla gelato and a cup of robust coffee are both heavenly. This combination of chic bistro and local hot spot tends to be on the noisy side.
