Seasonal, sustainably farmed local ingredients inspire this downtown eatery's rustic California cuisine. An adjacent pop-up space temporarily hosts rising chefs who create dishes with ingredients sourced from local purveyors before moving on. The menu changes constantly, but you might find swordfish with preserved-lemon risotto, braised fennel, spinach, and avocado; potato gnocchi with braised chicken, black trumpets, and ricotta cheese; or a burger on a house-made brioche bun.
