Winemaker Kief Manning uses the traditional methods of open fermentation and barrel aging he learned in Australia. The winery is open daily 11–5. If you're here on a Sunday, Manning and his chef dish up omelets with locally grown veggies to complement the wines produced from organically grown grapes.
