Fodor's Expert Review River Palms

What was formerly the River Palms is now the Laughlin River Lodge and has been undergoing renovations since late 2014. The new owner operates a chain of cozy, locals-friendly gaming taverns and is bringing that same feel to its Laughlin property, from the casino's earth tones and potted plants, to penny-candy jars full of complimentary snacks. The hotel still includes a large Bingo hall, 24-hour Denny's restaurant and The Lodge Steakhouse, a cozy venue isolated from the casino that has river views. Upgraded deluxe rooms feature amenities such as 55-inch LED TVs, microwaves and mini-fridges.
