Fodor's Review

Searchlight was once the biggest boomtown in southern Nevada, and some of its rich mining and railroad history is now compressed into a one-room museum inside the hamlet's community center. There is recorded narration, a recreated assayer's office, outdoor mining exhibit, and a display devoted to Clara Bow, the silent screen star who lived near Searchlight after marrying screen cowboy Rex Bell.
